This was one of my first SaaS. It has been closed from serveral months now due to lack of time and interests. Maybe someone would want to relaunch this with new name and branding and start from the 3k users that had signed up during the time the app was live. It has been featured on life hacker and serveral other places. Here's the assets that is for sell. 1) Web app code base (C#, ASP.NET for server-side and JavaScript for client-side) 2) Background job that render invoice in PDF and do recurring invoicing etc (C# console app) 3) The database containing 3003 accounts 4) Traces of paying customers in database There's no domain name anymore. I see this as a potential relaunch, code base is extremely solid. The app had daily usage until the end and no development time were invested in last 2 years of its existence.
