About HireDev| Recruit with AI

SAAS platform to simplify recruiting with the help of AI

Hiredev is a SAAS platform targeting mid-small companies to help them minimize recruitment costs by enabling AI. The platform can parse the resumes, and automatically score them based on job requirements. It can also search the applicants using plain language backed by OpenAI+Algoila. It uses hand crafter prompts with OpenAI API to parse and evaluates job descriptions and resumes. That way screening steps are completely automated. It also generates Algolia queries again with specialized OpenAI prompts based on plain English language to filter applicants. This saves up to %90 of the time compared to traditional methods like manual cv screening and filtering. Companies can register for an account, use built-in career pages with the default URL or embed them into their websites. Candidates does not have to fill in 10s of inputs, they will only upload their CV, AI will do the parsing. The platform is running on bubble.io backed by OpenAI+Algolia. No servers, frameworks, or code to maintain. It will cost around 40-50$ per month to run the app for 10K users.
