Expired domains are domains that belonged to a website in the past and the website owner doesn't renew the subscription. Now they are available for everyone to buy. These domains have backlinks and a high domain authority (DA). That means they can rank easily on Google. I can buy these expired domains in any niche in the price range of $8-$10. I can find high authority expired domains with zero spam score. If you create a new website using expired domains, you have SEO benefits, because you can rank much faster on Google compared with a new domain website.I already purchased a web hosting plan for a well-known company for $35 per year. I am allowed to host 100 websites/100 GB. With this web hosting provider, you can build websites by choosing many different WordPress templates with just a few clicks using a WordPress autoinstaller. We can use a tool like Semrush or (maybe a cheaper or even free tool) to find keywords. We can use a free AI SEO writer tool to produce high quality articles for free. I am already using a free AI writer tool that I test with Copy scape and the articles that creates are plagiarism free. Google changed its policy and it's accepting articles that are written with AI software. Even with a paid plan for AI software, many software charge just $10-$20 per month for unlimited articles.We can list these websites for sale for free or even paid marketplaces and on social media, , for example, on Facebook website flipping groups. The idea of this project is to create a website using an expired domain, do a basic SEO optimization and sell it for a high price. Websites with a high authority domain can sell for a higher price even before they start having traffic because often people buy these domains for a higher price $100-200 etc, but because I am a growth marketer I find a way to find these domains at cheap prices $8-$10. If they start having minimal traffic, the price can increase significantly and we can even keep some websites for a longer time. When they start having a good amount of traffic and they generate good revenue, we can sell them for a much higher price. We can even keep some websites for ourselves and make passive income from them.
