We sell an online real estate purchase platform (online notary)
The platform can be adapted to your project. Sale of an apartment through an online notary: we invite the buyer and conduct a transaction on the platform, determine the participants, discuss the cost, invite a notary from the database, arrange a call at which the notary reads out the terms of sale. After the call, a digital signature is sent to everyone and you can sign documents via EDS from your phone. After the notary sees that all the participants have signed the documents, he certifies the documents and the transaction is closed. Technology stack: Laravel + Vue.js CMS: Backend + Admin panel on Laravel + Vue.js Together with the platform, we transmit social networks. We created the project as a commercial one, but the client's plans changed and he refused further development. We finished the project on our own, we sell it to anyone who is interested in the offer.
