Entrepreneurial Sales Partner: Web Development Services - Cofounder Project

I'm looking for a sales partner to join me in Web Development. I'm not new at this. Who Am I? I have a 10 year history as a successful Web Designer. Successfully developed 100 of amazing Websites across the country. I am located in New York City and I'm interested in the digital interactive services for government. I have lots of government leads its will be your job to win those bids. Write proposal, handle the client would depend in part on you. You will get rewarded very handsomely. You will get a %50 profit from every job. What I'm good at: Is a development and design. And that what I will do. It's a Challenge: Make no mistake: we're starting from scratch. There is zero capital to play with. This is not a fund-able venture: we'd be bootstrapping with revenue from our first project. It's risky. But if you can get clients, I can deliver success.
