About Ourspace
We’re on a mission to build teams to fulfil their mission.
Getting the right people on the right teams and the right teams on the right problems is critical to achieving your business goals. However, the dynamic nature of people, products, and technologies doesn’t live well in the static documentation most leaders use today. Ourspace is here to do away with the obsolete org chart in favor of modern team design. Whether you’re scaling up or down, making a strategic pivot or just getting your organization in order, Ourspace equips tech leaders to make smarter decisions on how they organize the people they have and ones they need. Our collaborative team design canvas offers cross-functional managers a space to visually brainstorm and build their ideal team structure with clear accountability the whole company can navigate. Ultimately, we believe a purpose-built solution is not just more efficient but also more thoughtful, will also expose what we've left out of the complex people puzzle: diversity, representation, and inclusion.
