Cycling Sunglasses Drop shipping Store - Sell Project

Why this business was started I started this ecommerce business on June 15th to enter the sports eyewear market and it exceeded my expectations. There are over 50 million people in the US alone that cycle so the audience size is vast. I wanted to do things the correct way from the beginning so I paid a designer to built the site and had lots of custom graphic design work done such as the logo and branding. The website and logo cost $700 alone. There are also high quality stock photos used on the website which cost about $300. The theme also has many customisations to improve user experience. This is not a typical drop shipping business, it has been running consistently and growing each month. My team and I do not operate the churn and burn store method, we build long lasting stores that last years. I have a keen interest in cycling however this is not required to keep the store successful and to turn it into a 5 figure ($10,000+) per month business. This business hasn’t even got started yet! The reason of selling this business I run 5 different stores that are all much bigger than this one so I want to leave it to someone who can really grow it and make it into something special, it’s difficult to run this business even for an hour a day with all my other commitments. I cannot give it the time it deserves to grow this to a huge brand which would be easy with Facebook/TikTok ads and other channels. The store is open since mid June. The total revenue is over $10k and we haven’t really even given much time to the business. The average order value is $65 which allows for better margins. We have really only advertised 1 product so far and we have some great others. There have been many days where we have hit 4-6 ROAS. So for every $10 in ad spend we are making up to $60 sales. I have identified the best audiences on Facebook and will be providing all these in the sale. So the new owner of the store will be able to make serious money from day 1. The store also has a very healthy conversion rate of 1.1% since the launch but it’s improving month by month. It also has a 1.84% customer return rate which is extremely high and provides a better lifetime value of our customer. This is because the product and customer service we provide is great. As a drop shipping business there is no risk as there is no inventory to purchase. I will also provide 2 weeks email support for any questions you may have. I really want the new owner to make well over 5 figures per month on this store as it has a large market segment so it is definitely possible. To grow the business to a 5 figures per month store I would start with creating a Facebook ads video, we were only using photos, a custom video would be so valuable when scaling this business. Then I would run Google shopping ads. What's involved in running this business This business is almost fully automated, we use Dsers for making orders and then it automatically uploads the tracking number to Shopify. We have an excellent supplier with fast US shipping which only takes about 3 days. I will provide the supplier details with the sale. The other part of the business is monitoring the Facebook ads and replying to customer emails which is very few because we have a good FAQ page. Details about profit As we are so much busier with our other brands we only ran ads sporadically. We have nice margins of $25-50 per sale which is healthy to pay the advertising costs. I have no doubt that the store could consistently do over $10,000 per month with the right amount of effort. The Shopify account was set up month before we actually built it. Other projects pushed the launch date for this store further and further. It actually only opened on June 15th and we ran ads from then until August 20th because we had another store scale to over 100k during that time and resources were stretched. So average sales and profit should only be for these months. So for June, July and August the average sales were $3,600 per month. The profit is very healthy at 20-30%. Suppliers We will provide all contact info for the suppliers to the new owner. They are an excellent supplier and after working with many agents we only work with the best in the industry. They even have a warehouse in the US where shipping is 3-4 days. If the product isn’t in stock there they ship direct from China with really fast shipping for example the UK is only about 6-8 days.
