It is an Online Hotel Room Reservation and Booking Management System for a middle to large Hotel.  Customers can check the availability or the rooms register to the online system with their email address and Reserve/Book the desired room and get instant confirmation about any Reservations and Bookings made.  Customers can also check Hotel’s Banquet Halls/Conference Rooms details for any Event or Occasion and forward a query to the hotel’s management.  PayPal payment gateway is integrated for Payments.  Visitors of the website are greeted with one click navigation to key services offered by the hotel and hotel’s images gallery.  Using Google Maps the visitors are easily and conveniently directed to the hotel from the Bus Stop, Airport and Railway Station.  Visitors and Customers can give their valuable feedback and contact the Hotel Management for any query and suggestions.  Admin can add, delete or update the features and amenities of the Rooms, Halls, Dining, Hotel Policy and other Hotel Services.  Bookings and Reservation are updated in runtime and admin can easily keep eye on the new Registrations, Reservation, Bookings, Customer Queries and Feedbacks.  Admin can block spam accounts and also restrict the fake users from accessing the portal until and unless they have updated their original and valid information like Name, Address and Contact details.  The system design is fully responsive and optimized for desktop, smartphones and tablets.  Hotel’s upper management can get the reports and stats of the hotel’s business in one click.
