Contactly is a web/mobile based contact sharing and managing that uses the power of the cloud to store users contacts that enables those contacts to be self-updating on their mobile devices. On top of this self-updating address book is layer B2B and B2C contact detail solutions that we call "Directories". Directories are ways for people or businesses to share a set of contacts such as alumni members, team members, celebrities, business contacts either publicly or privately with people. Contactly Directories is a personalized and intuitive web/mobile application for professional associations, alumni, churches, businesses, academic groups, teams, community groups, and any organized group that offers group administrators a smart, collaborative way of managing group contacts. It free group administrators from the hassles of collecting and updating members contact information. It gives members the ability to connect, network, interact and access group/association information from their smart phone. Group members can quickly access the members contact directory whenever, and wherever they need it from mobile devices. Additionally, groups can promote their events, accepts payment for fees or dues, send SMS or emails newsletters to group members, and share photos of events or activities. With Contactly, group admin can effectively manage their group contacts with these features; Contact Directory - Members can browse or search the contacts directory to find and contact other members. Great for setting up appointments, getting referrals, or keeping in touch with friends or business acquaintances. ]\ Events – Members can view events organized by the group. When logged into the app, members can view group and other private events to which they have access. Profile – Members can view and update their personal contact information within the group from their mobile device. Notifications - Messages and alerts are sent to the app and the user can click them for details. Notifications can include personal messages about membership renewal or alerts to all members.
