Website for a community organization - Sell Project

I have a website for sale that is ready to go. This site is constructed for small community organizations that seek forms of organization and planning. It's a simple website that looks and functions very clean. Website looks great on all mobile devices. Functionality includes: Home page that lists information for all individuals (inside and outside of the organization). Main home page message is editable at any time by admin users. Secure login/account creation requests for individuals in the organization Event posting - admin users can post/remove events at any time. Events are moved to "Past Events" once the date/time has elapsed. Discussion boards - admins can create discussion forums and any user with an account can comment in a clean discussion format. Automated email functionality for notifications. Website is for sale and it is yours, specific to the domain that you purchase. I can set all of that up for you if desired. I host my sites through a large hosting company that's very dependable, and can make small changes whenever you please, however, most of the site is set up to where you will have control over most of the changes you will need to make on your own. You have 2 purchase options: Purchase the site and all of its structure. I will handle all of the site/database hosting. You will pay $15/month for all of the server costs, which will also include my services to make small updates to the site whenever you please. Purchase the site with the 1 time payment and the source code is yours. You will be responsible for everything else and you may do with it as you please. No matter which option you choose, I will make any small changes (style updates, color changes, logo additions, etc..) you desire before the transaction takes place. If you go with option 1, I can stop/start hosting the site whenever you please. You will only be charged for months that the site is active.
