Next step: Privateer could effectively protect any online copyrighted work or asset (ie. even books, publications), but we started it with a focus on creators selling digital products (like ourselves at vip.graphics).  In particular, many of the artists on platforms like Gumroad, Artstation, and CreativeMarket are the ones who are targeted most often. Fortunately, most of these artists have public contact information (ie. Artstation has the email under the "About" section for each vendor), so doing outbound sales is quite easy. We've perfected all the processes to operate & grow this business: from finding & taking down pirated links, to selling Privateer's services to new creators. You will be given all of this "trade secret" knowledge + proven SOP's as part of the acquisition. Additionally, if some missing feature (ie. customer-facing landing page, dashboard/login) is important to you, that's definitely something we can whip up fairly quick (within a week) and price into the acquisition deal.

Reason for selling

The only reason we're considering selling Privateer is because it was launched as a side project which we haven't been able to give the time it deserves since, as we've been focused on our core businesses (like VIP Graphics, for instance). However, there's a clear path and replicable formula to sell this to new customers and scale up, which means a ton of low-hanging fruit for a potential buyer like yourself.
