About Digital marketing, online business ideas, website flipping

2yo Tech & marketing blog with unique posts ranking for some long tail keywords

FlippinMadness is a tech and marketing blog with a focus on howtos to build online businesses and marketing software reviews. It's about 2yo since I started planning this blog. So far it's ranking in some long-tail keywords and driving about 100 unique users a month. It has a DA9 and with the sale, I'll provide a long list of keywords I have researched along with a long-term plan for the site to make money through affiliate marketing with Codecanyon and other marketing software reviews. I'm selling this because I want to work on something else more related to my day job and build something new. This site has a lot of potential and the domain is old so if you post 3 x per week you'll start to get some real traction. There is also a Facebook page that I sometimes post to which is part of the sale.

Next step: Take this blog to the next level by following this plan that I had mapped out:

Write howtos on building an online business using scripts, themes and plugins from Codecanyon linking with the Codecanyon affiliate link.

Comparing and reviewing marketing software like KWFinder vs SE Ranking uses affiliate links.

Find websites on Flippa and write about how you could flip the website for profit explaining what you'd do. Then apply for the Flippa partner program later on.

Build an email list by offering a weekly roundup of great domain and website finds on Flippa and other auctions like Godaddy and Sedo

Potential to offer a broker service to sell websites and domains for people.
