Company and developmentMy company was created one and a half years ago, on the weight loss niche.I am present and market leader in all French speaking countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg) and I have developed my brand in English speaking countries (USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK and Australia).My two websites are separated by 2 domain names, 2 different websites, 2 different facebook and instagram pages, 2 different business managers, 2 different pixels....My company in a few figuresI made a net profit for the year 2021 of about 110,000 USD for a turnover of about 612,000 USD, which is about 20% profit after all deductions.I have a 3-4% conversion rate exclusively in FB ads and organic traffic. I have a recurring customer rate that is close to 10%.The operational side of my siteI have an exclusive contact with the factory in China, my prices are already fixed and negotiated with my supplier, the packaging is branded and deliveries are done in 10 days on average, a business card is also sent with it.I have other contacts with suppliers, so I am never out of stock. After more than 2 years in ecommerce, I want to change my activity to devote myself to something that I am more passionate about.I started scaling slowly again in January with a month ending at +3.1k profit.Why the decrease in December?That's a very good question, and if I were to buy a business like that I would ask it too! But don't worry :The sales were down in December because there was Christmas and the big brands put a lot of budget on the sales channels which made the bids increase.I relaunched in January and am slowly starting to increase my sales to 3k profit in January. I will update the numbers at the end of the month.Possibility of evolution on the years to comeThere are many profitable acquisition channels that I have not yet tested and that work very well such as tiktok, pinterest etc...My business is very profitable and has a high rate of attractiveness and brand identification.I do email campaigns every week that generate a lot of money just on the customers I already had, which proves that they like the articles and make them come backEnjoy now a profitable, attractive and sustainable business at a very good price!The best for the end:I have developed an ambassador program on the French site (can be developed on the English site as well)This program consists in recruiting ambassadors (I have 470, but it is growing)They have a 15% promo code to share, and on each order placed with this promo code they get 10% of the total of their order in paypal or voucher.This source of traffic is free, paid only on commission and therefore VERY PROFITABLE.Since the implementation I have generated more than 10k of organic sales, without doing anything at all.A mail sequence of more than a month is set up to teach them to highlight products and encourage them to sell. This method is scalable to a very high level.
