Tax Forum for Sale - no input except traffic
Easy to run - no involvement other than marketing Tax forum where experts and users talk to each other. All is needed is more traffic. I have not advertised the site anywhere I'm selling because I need money for some emergency The only cost is forum/domain hosting - which is all paid for another 1 year (total cost around $150). There are multiple sources of income including google ads/ private ads, affiliate marketing, leads selling etc. I have not used any of the above yet as I wanted to improve traffic first but do not have the time to market the site. So far all the traffic is organic and a few postings on Linkedin.
