About Pixaly
Contactless digital menu; Automated SAAS - Ready for launch
About Pixaly Problem: With COVID, a lot of business were forced to sell online. Overnight there were many small entrepreneurs, with 0 experience in web development or e-commerce, struggling to build their online catalog, or worse, paying absurd amounts of money to software factories or developers to do the work, and be able to continue with the operation. It is clear that the problem already existed, but now the pain is even stronger. While Pixaly can work for any type of business, it is currently geared towards restaurants, as that is where I see the biggest pain. Market Opportunity: At this point you may be thinking, Shopify has already been created, and yes, you are right, in part. You see, these small businesses do not need half the things that Shopify (or another) offers, instead, what they need is a simpler product, and why not, cheaper. But this latent need to sell online, won't it fade away? The question is, if you now have a new sales channel, easy to manage, cheaper and, probably, bigger, why should you close it? The change is real, and more robust now. Solution: A web-app that fills the gap between platforms like Shopify and the informal sales trough WhatsApp. More easy, more fast and more economic. Take a look! Use case: Create your menu, print the QR-Code, and leave that on restaurant tables, so people come, scan and order. That order goes directly to the kitchen (for example); Saving time and effort from waiters, also reducing contact and improving the service (delivering sooner). You can also use this for online sales, as delivery or take away. What makes Pixaly different from the other options? As well as being fucking more attractive and usable ๐, you can: Create complex menus: With product variants and variant options. Like: What cheese would you like your hamburger with? You -as a customer- can create and send the order, which can be received directly in the kitchen, as a WhatsApp message (literally). It does not limit you to on-site orders. You can configure you store for delivery or whatever. You will get a link (or you can also configure your custom domain) and share it to your customers in social networks, for example. Sell without commissions. And some more things that I invite you to know for yourself. The onboard is very simple, with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required). Business Model Recurring monthly/yearly subscription. Billed with Stripe. About the deal $5k USD for the whole platform. Source code, branding, rights, domain, etc. BTC or PayPal transfer. I can do the deploy to your servers (or setup everything from scratch). Every bug that you find will be fixed for free, up to 10 days after the transfer. I won't be around for long to continue working on Pixaly, but I can help you find or recommend developers. About me Hey, my name is Matias Carpintini. Next step: <p>Although it is true that this is not something new, most of the current solutions emerged not long ago, with the onset of the pandemic. Built without much dedication, or as side-projects. So I feel like there is an opportunity to publicize this and get a huge market share. How? Facebook ads, cold calling, even a blog. You can get many leads as you want with Google Maps. It just need time.</p>
