About Narrat
An open source interactive game engine built for the web and desktop
Narrat is an interactive narrative game engine built for the web and desktop. It uses a modern layout that gets rid of the old school dialog box over a picture style for visual novels and instead adopts an approach inspired by the hit game "Disco Elysium". Games made with narrat have a visual module on the left to display a map or game screen with interactive UI, and the dialog on the right where people can read in a much better layout and with context of past dialog.
