Modern and fast PHP7 project - already online
Very high quality project about a brand new local travel guides marketplace. The platform is already online, with more than 180 profiles, ready for a proper launch.
1. Seller Bio
I am an italian entrepreneur of classifieds ventures in Italy. The flagship website is a leading 13-years old classifieds site in Italy. Some months ago I decided to realize this experience in a brand-new website in the travel/local guides industry, this time with a .com and worldwide target. Due to some family problems I am not able to execute a proper marketing plan and I would to sell the entire project.
2. Executive Summary
FolloWith.com is a new meeting point between Locals (experienced people of a place) and curious travelers who need to meet on the spot a person capable of guiding them through the most varied activities. Followith.com is free for everyone, Locals and travelers. Only some Premium options are paid and require a small contribution to contact the Locals using internal chat or to get more visibility of your profile on the site. We developed the plaform looking at Showaround.com, leading classified site (120K+ profiles worldwide) active in the local guide industry . Moreover we improved the business model introducing the premium features for profiles and paid access to internal chat.
3. Highlights
Strengths: local guides directory business is distruptive in the online travel field
Opportunities: FolloWith.com is a complete online project already running and ready to be monetized (Stripe or Paypal connectors already configured)
4. Operations
Admin should approve or refuse incoming profiles or pictures. The admin area let to manage the entire flow, payments included.
5. Customers
The platform is currently published on www.followith.com domain (for worldwide audience) and www.followith.it (for secondary italian audience). However the secondary access could be deleted or translated in another locale.
6. Financials
We developed Followith.com in about 8 months of hard work with my outsourced dev team. In case of sell, this team is open to modifications or custom developments.
