ReadyAide - Sell Project

ReadyAide is a database-driven website that connects caregivers (CNAs, PCAs & LPNs) with home care companies looking to hire caregivers. The website allows home care companies only to post jobs from their ReadyAide accounts. The website is linked with the ReadyAide jobs app(free)for caregivers. Caregivers looking for jobs must download the app and sign up on app to receive job notifications from home care companies located with a 30 mile radius. Job seekers can respond to job ads on the app with just a tap, and this notifies the home care company to view their profile and contact them. The android version on the app is already on Play store and app store version upload is in progress. The buyer will retain all rights to the website, apps. Currently, companies register for a free trial, after which they need to pay $40/mo to post jobs. Another option (which the buyer can implement) would be to charge $6.99 per job posting. ReadyAide is currently running on a pilot basis. The app has an in-built option to allow caregivers who need tax assistance to connect with tax experts, which is managed in the back-end. This tax option is another revenue stream since the caregivers are people with tax needs. ReadyAide has a potential for growth, with the baby boomer generation expected to retire. I am selling because I'm planning to go to school full time and currently do not have time to run it. The potential buyer has the potential to turn this into a limitless source of income.
