This business was created in December 2020 and rebranded during the last 3 weeks. Sales came in very quickly! €40k in revenue in less than 3 months with approximately 33% NET profit!
The success of this product is because it solves issues with expensive leather objects for a very cheap price.
The store's inventory is imported from AliExpress, using one of the best fulfillment software out there Oberlo for Shopify, which allows one-click product import and the ability to edit the product description, images, prices with profit markups, etc… It also provides one-click order fulfillment, managing order tracking, email notifications, and much more, for FREE!
The suppliers use mostly AliExpress Standard Shipping for shipping in the countries where it's available. Most of the orders arrive between 7 - 12 business days from the date of purchase, this depends on the destination country. The supplier processes orders in a couple of business days. Now that you’ll be scaling, you should consider a fulfillment agency that will divide the time by two or even three.
We also recommend a Dutch-speaking VA, we've managed to get this part of the job done by one of our team members, but he's no longer available, so we strongly suggest getting one on Fiverr or Upwork.
You should expect to spend 10 to 15 hours per week on this store to improve SEO, running ad campaigns, and fulfilling new orders. We will of course provide all the winning ads and audiences.
