About Dentkwik
Building Better Teams Through Networking
Dentkwik is a networking platfrom that helps dental professionals connect, find work, and hire staff; while also providing a community of dental resources and connections to future opportunities so that they save money and build better teams. Dental Staffing Services cost hundreds and thousands of dollars annually. And many dentists refuse to pay, this leaves their staff overworked. This leads to disgruntled employees, high turnover rates and decreased patient satisfaction. By providing an affordable way for dentists to utilize temporary staff while connecting via the platform to find quality permanent staff they can better align their values with each candidate and make more informed hiring decisions. This results in higher retention rates of new hires. The resources available throughout the app also lead to and enlightened mindsets among existing staff resulting in better teams overall.
