The business model is matching companies looking to hire employees with our users. A hire is a very high value transaction, and to be in this chain allows us to reap the benefits.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 31, 65);">This business model can be achieved in a couple of ways, from easiest to hardest:</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 31, 65);">1) Making a deal with a job-board which has existing vacancies already and then sending their vacancies to our active job-seeker emaillist, thus getting paid per click or per application.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 31, 65);">2) Making a deal with a company looking to fill positions, get their job descriptions and filters (location/age/education), find 10 resumes from our existing users and forward this to the HR department of the company. If they get to hire one of the resumes, get paid.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(42, 31, 65);">3) Similar to #2 but taking on more responsibilities in this hiring chain with a broader team at hand. Instead of filtering database and sending 10 candidates, pre-interview on phone or even send some online tests to further pinpoint eligibility. This can earn 1x monthly salary per hire, while costing us 10 man-hours.</span></p>
