About Clear Check - Manage background check paperwork

Helps youth sports teams collect paperwork to comply with local laws.

This application helps teams or community organizations manage paperwork requirements for background checks. Designed specifically for the legal requirements of Pennsylvania, USA, it could be extended to support the requirements of other jurisdictions. The site allows teams to upload a roster of volunteers or staff members, each of whom receive an email invitation. Upon signing in, the volunteers have to answer some questions and upload background check paperwork they get from a third party. They can scan or take photos with their phone. Then, the team administrator verifies the paperwork and confirms that everything is in order. From the admin view, they can see who has yet to comply.

Next step:
The customers who use the service love it. So you could mine them for referrals to other community teams. You could also explore the requirements of other states and vary the wording and links of data collection form to the requirements of those states. Right now, it's specific to Pennsylvania but I suspect other states have very similar requirements.
