speedyWaiver is a B2B SaaS that provides waiver software to escape rooms, spas, gyms, personal trainers, events, tourist or adventure activities, photographers, videographers, tattoo parlors, etc. speedyWaiver is cross-platform - it has a fully featured website as well as native apps for both iPhone and Android. A lot of effort has been put into the feature-set, the user experience and overall polish. THE APP If you compare to the competition, speedyWaiver has a best-in-class UI and is the only waiver system with full functionality available within the mobile apps. Check out speedyWaiver and the competition yourself and you'll see how much further ahead speedyWaiver is compared to most waiver apps. THE REVENUE OPPORTUNITY speedyWaiver is not being marketed and therefore not revenue generating. However business such as escape rooms generally pay around $1,000-$2,00 a year for waiver solutions, the costs of running and operating speedyWaiver are almost $0 (am happy to go through running costs in more detail), so any revenue is almost pure profit. Once you have clients onboarded then they will need little maintenance. WHY AM I SELLING? I'm selling for two main reasons. I have realised that my forte is being a software developer, not a marketeer/salesperson, and I have a new job leaving me with little time for outside pursuits. WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE It includes all assets - the speedyWaiver domain, full ownership of all the code, the iPhone and Android apps, Google hosting account, the logo, etc, as well as SEO content on the speedyWaiver website (and www.pdfformdesign.co.uk which could be useful for SEO). It also includes a full handover to any future development team. The codebase is extremely clean and easy to maintain.
