FormHub was created as a work project to replace an existing system we currently use, the idea was to create Form Hub and use it across 125 different sites and carry out regular orders and digitise it, it would have then allowed us to continue developing the platform to extract analytics.
Formhub allows users create templates (checklists), which users then use to carry out audits, which in turn generate a PDF report with the final output.
It has been designed to be incredibly simplistic & easy to use. Users can create an infinite amount of templates, response sets, audits & users.
It takes existing paper processes into the digital world.
