About SkyRocket - The Progresion Tool
Fixing employee career progression
SkyRocket is an attempt to fix "The Progression Problem": The best way to level up your career is to switch organisations. The product is a skills matrix on steroids, and it launched just over two weeks ago. It’s targeted at small and medium tech companies, and allows people to create a skills matrix in minutes (https://sky-rocket.io/skills-matrix).
