Sublime Skin Lab (https://sublimeskinlab.com/) was founded in August 2017 as the result of an opportunity that arose from an affiliate site I had been running for roughly two years prior called https://www.buykojicacidsoap.com/ (DA 15). In the early days Sublime Skin Lab got 90% of its traffic from this site. Currently all our traffic/sales derives from the following organic sources: ✶ Organic Search ✶ Referral traffic from https://www.buykojicacidsoap.com/, although the money keyword pages have now been redirected to Sublime Skin Lab ✶ Facebook page with over 3K followers: https://www.facebook.com/buykojicacidsoap/ ✶ YouTube channel with 1,400 subscribers: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuq2intSvhkP6RxKMR5kOA ✶ Pinterest page with 1.7K monthly views: https://za.pinterest.com/sublimeskinlab/ ✶ Mailing list (built into Shopify): 150 email addresses We get over 2,000 visits a month. We sell around 16 products, although 2 products account for over 80% of our sales. Our key territories are the US and Canada. Describe your purchasing and order fulfilment process It's a dropshipping store where we source all our products from Aliexpress. We seamlessly fulfil our orders using the Shopify-owned dropshipping app, Oberlo Why are you selling this business? This was my first foray into dropshipping. Having proved efficacy and run the business for over 3 years I've just got a bit bored and want to move onto a new project now. Who would this business be perfect for? Someone looking for a no-frills web asset which delivers consistent residual income with only 1-2 hours of work per week. OR A serious web marketer/SEO guru who can take this site and grow it exponentially. There are a number of juicy keywords with low levels of competition which currently are not being targeted
Next step: <p>Continue growing the site through organic search. It currently ranks on the first page of Google for some long tail keywords. However for 3-4 juicy keywords it ranks just off page 1. With some more on-page and off-page (backlinks) SEO work, it can easily move onto the the first page of Google for these terms. This could be a GAME changer when it comes to increasing the monthly traffic and the consequent boost in revenue. Any SEO-minded webmaster will know full well what the potential growth of the site is. I have not run any advertising campaigns for this site.</p>
