About Recipe Saver Website w/ Chrome Extension
A simple web app with Chrome Extension to save recipes.
A simple Web app to save recipes. This app has been live since 2015 and has over 7,500 user accounts and over 80,000 saved recipes. The current version is my 3rd iteration of the site and is built with a Vue.js frontend and a MongoDB, Node, Express backend. I've made a few hundred bucks off of paid “premium” features but recently made the entire site free for everyone. I think there's huge potential to add a social component to the site or to explore different revenue-generating opportunities from the many saved recipes in the database. The user base is primarily women, ages 25 - 40, and are very satisfied with the no-frills, easy to use website (based on HotJar surveys). This listing also includes the companion Chrome extension (over 2k users). Top Google result for the keywords “recipe saver” I'm looking to sell simply to move on to other side projects. Happy to answer any questions.
