It provides a two sided marketplace for engineers at top tech companies who want to be paid to provide interviews with customers who want to take mock interviews. The site is profitable, with solid unit economics and impressive margins, and is fully automated with off the shelf tools (no coding experience required) from customer acquisition, scheduling, video conferencing, and feedback cycles. There is a solid bench of dozens of interviewers available from many companies.

Next step: In short: sales and marketing. Currently all sales are direct to consumer. Many customers buy at least two interviews and there are a small number of highly engaged customers that buy 5 or more at a time. However, the business would really benefit from finding a customer base that buys a large number of interviews regularly. Candidate customers could include school career centers, career coaches, or similar aggregators of job seekers. Someone who can find the right niche and put the time in the build a sales competency for this project could turn this into much more.

Reason for selling

I am selling this project because I am busy with other things and no longer have time to maintain this project. This has been a hobby business for me. It has the opportunity to be more, but needs someone who has the time and interest to grow it further. Currently all sales are direct to consumer. With the right owner, and a time investment in sales and marketing, recurring revenue streams could be generated by selling white label packages to career coaches, schools, and other job seeker aggregators. I'm looking to sell for 3-5x adjusted EBITDA and the quoted price is in that range.
