Detailed Description
In the past years the number of international travellers keeps growing with that there are a lot of problems that happen daily to these travellers, problems regarding security in cities, missing experiences because of the lack of information, being caught in tourist traps, having to make 4 hours queues because they didn't had a tickets and more. We noticed this issues happing on a daily basis with every traveler wherever they went.
Curve tries to help solving this issues. Curve is a social sharing platform similar to WAZE but for people in foot. With Curve the users can share their experiences, share tourist traps and by that reason helping others.
Some number to give you an idea:
- In 2013 in Mexico there were approximately 1538 tourist abductions in hazardous areas.
- The queues for the London Eye are 2 hours to buy the ticket and another 1:30 hour of waiting to enter the attraction.
- Every year millions of Euros are extorted from tourists in this type of street schemes without giving a chance to the tourist to recover his money.
The solution is Curve:
Cuve is the first and only app that allows you to:
- View real-time tourist alerts;
- Ending the F.O.M.O. (Fear of Missing Out)
- Ensures the sale of tickets from attractions in the trusted places
- End queues waiting to purchase attraction tickets
