Emotional health tracking for businesses
TeddyApp help companies and their employees becoming healthier. It offers smart counselling on mobile through video sessions. People can call for anything that bothers them or gives them distress at work. We develop a technology for realtime emotional analysis of the conversations. Users get insight in their emotional health. Counselors get instant feedback on the conversation. We anonymously report findings to the company to make improvements. 22% of EU workers experience stress. 4 in 10 workers think that stress is not handled well in their organisation. 80% of all lost working days are related to work stress and burnout. This all results in high costs in both human distress and impaired economic performance. In the Netherlands alone, it is costing employers €5b annually. We believe that a healthy company starts with healthy employees.
