CrowdBack is a platform for creating informal user-friendly forms, surveys and polls. Within 5 seconds you can answer all the questions of various types. In real time, you can get data such as the effectiveness of the survey, attendance, number of participants, the most frequent answers and recommendations. CrowdBack was created as an alternative for such services as «Typeform» or «Google forms». The idea was to provide customers with interactive tool, with a various type of survey forms, which are not available in the competitive companies. According to the analytical testing this helps to increase the conversion rates by 7-9%. API structure allows to easily integrate surveys into any websites. As a main advantages of the platform the following features could me highlighted: Interactivity - service includes more than 8 different survey forms. RapidAction (short interaction principle) - time which customer spends on answering each question does not exceed 5 seconds. Visualisation - survey results are automatically analysed and transformed into easy to read graphs, tables and diagrams.
