Reason for selling
I have been in the real estate marketing industry for 20 years, and developed this site for realtors/builders/etc. nationwide. At the same time this project was nearly completed and ready to roll out, I was offered an opportunity in the industry that I could not pass up, and I haven't had time to promote the site as planned. I had hoped to either find the time, or hire someone to promote the site, however, over the past two years, the opportunity I was given has expanded, and is now a conflict of interest with takeonebox.com.
