Curation Guild - Cofounder Project
Listed September 3, 2013
About Curation Guild
The project is at the inception stage. Myself along with my brother and cousin operate a digital print shop that specializes in high quality, low run t-shirts, hoodies, iPhone cases, and pillows. With our own manufacturing we can achieve a much higher profit margin, than companies like Red Bubble or Society6 which are just the marketplace and the manufacturing is done by outside contractors. With this increase profit margin we can double or triple the amount paid out the artists to ensure we attract the best artists to submit their artwork to our site. Additionally, myself, Christopher Hamze, has tons of experience in digital strategy working with a dozen very large e-commerce shops. So we have the manufacturing and the digital marketing, strategy covered, we are in need of a technical co-founder who can help us build out the site or understand the mechanics well enough to have the site built. We do have some knowledge in programming and are looking to do this site in PHP/WordPress/WooCommerce combination.
