Reason for selling

I handle 4 websites including this. One website is managed by someone which is related to his field of work (health and lifestyle). The other 2 wesbsites which I want to remain to manage because both are related to Arts and Entertainment which I personnally would love to work with. And this website, Author2You are for authors and books lovers which I personally thought of hard to manage since it's not related to my work and interest. So I am selling it to someone who can better manage the website esp on marketing and brand awareness. I personally don't know any author and do not have any database. This is perfect for someone who can best manage this.
