Monto eCommerce Reviews - Sell Project

Monto is a SaaS business that currently supports Webflow and Foxy eCommerce shops.It was launched mid of April 2019 and prior to that we worked on it for over a year.In our opinion it solves a real problem that e-commerce owners go through quite efficiently: customer reviews. They are the single most important asset eCommerce companies have in the long run. This makes Monto a sticky product that companies need.We created a platform with which you can install and customise the look and feel of the customer reviews to match the website.On the other side, we track when someone makes an order and send out an email in which we ask for a review on the customers last order. A customer is then sent through a review process. Monto then takes this review and displays it under the correct product listing.This increases the trust in the business, adds social proof, since new visitors can now see there are satisfied people who bought the same product. This is usually how we got ideas on what to improve and satisfy the customers at the same time. But that is less then 30 minutes per day.If you want to move forward actively and build out more channels and possibly add marketing aspects into it - we would suggest atleast 4 hours of work per day.CustomersThey are all e-commerce businesses that started on Webflow. Since we are running a promotion where we offer them 100 reviews for free - we do not have a paying customer as of now. We do have around 15 active shops that try their best to get sales.This is increasing monthly and will eventually become a paid subscription.
