Prioritize product features as a team using the RICE model.
Chopstix allows you to prioritize and manage your competing priorities as a team. Each team member votes on a number of different qualities of a feature or task: Reach; How many people this feature will reach Impact; What is the magnitude of impact this will have on the user Confidence; The confidence you have in your evaluation Effort; the effort required to complete the task or feature (time or complexity) The scores are then combined to create an ordered list of what you should be working on first. It reveals the low hanging fruit that you should be working on be best optimize your time.
