Main Product Description : Initially, I named the project as Blocktrail,  the main idea of this project is to utilize the old method of bounty hunting as a way to solve crimes in the neighborhood and all around the world.But then, it can also be a SAAS startup that can be a universal platform for crime reporting / crime monitoring just like Linkedin and Twitter for social media.A web app that aims to solve crimes and helps people earn money by reporting fugitives or criminals in their area.It's aim is to solve crimes in a neighborhood or in a country by using bounty as a reward / as a tool to find and hunt these criminals lurking in the neighborhood. People can give more money to increase a criminal's bounty for example : Take for example : Osama Bin laden's alive and we know 100% that Bin Laden is just our neighbor in a small town in Pakistan we can then automatically report his whereabouts to the one's who wanted him to be captured and in return if Osama Bin Laden gets captured or killed in that event, then the person who reports the whereabouts will take the bounty / reward for that specific fugitive.App's main users and what they can do :1. Reason for Selling

I am selling this project because I am currently in need of money and also I would like to sell this project to help the security in our society, because I disdain crimes and criminals and I want to solve this problem but I don't have the strength to launch it as I'm kind of hesitant to really persuade and talk to the police and law enforcement agencies to to encourage them to implement this kind of software, since they're I think very busy. Also, I have an urgent business matters to focus. And I believe solving crimes is a great starting point to better our society. The project was built as a web app, but it can be mobile friendly There are no users for this project yet. there are related tools but only this app gives the power to users to add up to a criminal's bounty.
