Any necessary personal data processing or transfer must comply with applicable law, platform requirements, and Flow's privacy commitments. Final asset ownership, transferability, and handover terms will be documented before closing.
Reason for selling
I developed Flow as a product focused on helping people manage overthinking and reflect on their worries. I'm now shifting my attention toward building new AI-focused software products. Rather than divide my time between multiple products, I'd prefer to transfer Flow to someone who can focus on its continued development, marketing, and growth. The app is being sold because of this change in focus, not because it has an established revenue stream that is declining.
