PilotJob finds suitable jobs in Switzerland, writes a personalized cover letter for each application, attaches your CV and certificates, and sends applications semi-automatically or fully automatically via Gmail. The Swiss angle. Unemployment offices in Switzerland (RAV) require claimants to prove a fixed number of job applications every month. PilotJob produces that monthly proof document automatically. That requirement is the wedge the product is built around, and it is what a generic global auto-apply tool cannot serve. How it works end to end. The user sets role, location and workload once. A scheduled daily pipeline scrapes Swiss postings, discovers the employer's contact email, matches each posting to the profile, writes a tailored cover letter with the Claude API in the language of the posting, attaches CV and certificates, and sends the application from the user's own Gmail through OAuth, so the email arrives from the candidate and not from a tool. Replies are detected afterwards and tracked in the dashboard. Built-in traffic engine. A public job index with server-rendered JobPosting pages, programmatic canton and role landing pages, four free calculators built on Swiss federal statistics, a blog and a forum, all in German, French, Italian and English. Around 1,000 monthly visitors arrive entirely organically, with no paid acquisition ever; AI assistants are currently the single largest channel. Status. Pre-revenue. The product, the automation and the full Stripe billing stack (three tiers, webhooks, customer portal, upgrade and downgrade with proration) are live and tested. What is missing is marketing, not engineering.

Next step: The hard part is already built. What is missing is distribution and conversion, and the levers are concrete: Convert the traffic that already arrives. Around 1,000 visitors a month land on the site with high intent — people searching for jobs and for help documenting applications — and nothing has ever been done to convert them: no onboarding emails, no lifecycle sequences, no retargeting, no pricing tests, no paid acquisition at all. Go to the RAV channel directly. Swiss unemployment offices, placement agencies and temporary-work agencies already have the users, and those users have a monthly obligation to document their applications. PilotJob produces exactly that document automatically. Scale the job index. Search impressions scale with the number of indexed postings, and the ingestion pipeline is limited by the scraping budget rather than by the code. More budget on the scraper means more indexed pages and more organic traffic. Activate the employer side. The paid job-ad product (checkout, creative upload, placement) is already built and has never been marketed. Job advertising in Switzerland is expensive by international standards, so this is a second revenue line that costs nothing new to launch. Expand geographically. The product is already fully localised in German, French, Italian and English and the architecture is not Switzerland-specific. Austria and Germany share the same application culture and similar documentation requirements for jobseekers. Sell it B2B. Career coaches, outplacement firms and HR consultancies could use the same engine under their own brand.

Everything transfers cleanly and I will run the handover personally: domain pilotjob.ch (registrar transfer); the GitHub repository with full history; the Vercel project transferred to the buyer's account including environment variables, rewrites and domain configuration; the Supabase project transferred to the buyer's organisation with the full database, migrations, 20 edge functions, storage, auth and cron jobs; the Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 properties; the Google Cloud project behind the Gmail OAuth integration and the Indexing API; the Apify actors used by the scraping pipeline (access or instructions to recreate them on the buyer's own account); and the brand assets, logo and full four-language content library. Stripe products and prices are recreated on the buyer's own Stripe account, which is clean here because the project is pre-revenue and there are no live subscriptions to migrate. I will also provide written architecture documentation and a reasonable period of handover support after the sale, to be agreed.
