SwiftPass — Android Barcode App & Source Code - Sell Project

SwiftPass is a native Android application for barcode-based operational workflows. It combines scanning, offline recording, searchable local history and configurable REST synchronization in a reusable mobile foundation. The product is offered for full acquisition by a software company, systems integrator or technical buyer who wants to develop and commercialize it further. It is a pre-revenue software asset; the opportunity is the existing application and codebase rather than an established recurring-revenue business. WHAT IS ALREADY BUILT • Camera scanning, manual entry and adapters for selected enterprise scanner services. Compatibility must be validated for the target terminal model. • Separate Local Workspace and Company Connection modes. Local operations stay on the device; company operations can enter a persistent synchronization queue. • Room-backed history, search and queued records, with retry handling and distinct accepted, rejected and conflict outcomes from the server. • Runtime configuration for server URLs, synchronization paths, company/tenant/device context and authentication methods. • Daily Input/Output movement reports and CSV export. Reports describe recorded movements, not authoritative stock availability. • Workflow presets for warehouse Input/Output, event access and asset check-in/out. TECHNOLOGY Kotlin, Jetpack Compose / Material 3, ViewModels, Coroutines, StateFlow, Room, DataStore and WorkManager. Feature modules are separated from shared database, network and scanner components. Automated test sources and technical documentation are available. BUYER FIT The application can be adapted as an Android client around a buyer's ERP, WMS, inventory or custom backend. It can also be developed into the buyer's own product. Backend endpoints, field mapping, business rules and device acceptance tests must be agreed for each deployment; this is not a complete WMS/ERP backend or a proven plug-and-play connector to named vendors. PROPOSED ACQUISITION The proposed package includes the owner-developed Android source code, test sources, available project documentation and seller-owned application design/logo assets, with an agreed technical handover. Third-party libraries remain subject to their licenses. Personal accounts, credentials, signing keys, private service access and user data are excluded. A short PDF presentation and a working app demonstration are available to interested buyers. Follow-on adaptation or development assistance can be discussed under a separate agreed scope.
