PeakCut is a ready-made web app that cuts highlights from a user's own video into vertical clips (Python/Flask). Pre-launch, code sale. Users upload their own video; the app detects highlights (audio peaks, scene changes, motion) and renders 9:16 clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels. Status, honestly: not launched. No users, no traffic, no revenue. You are buying the source code only. The domain peakcuts.ru is not included: you use your own domain (one setting, SITEDOMAIN) and deploy on your own server. Included: ffmpeg-based cutter: 15/30/60/90 s clips, up to 12 per run, crop or blurred-background vertical framing, subtitles. AI sharpening to 1080p (OpenCV ESPCN, models bundled, Apache-2.0). E-mail accounts with verification codes, brute-force limits, CSRF, PBKDF2 password hashing. Free + 3 paid plans with quotas; YooKassa (Russian payment provider) integration, disabled by default; waitlist. Landing page (Russian), dashboard, offer and privacy-policy templates, 3 SEO pages. Docker + nginx, deployment guide, configuration via .env and JSON files. About 5,300 non-blank lines of code (Python 3,100, HTML/CSS/JS 2,200). Not included: Admin panel (stats and users live in SQLite). Password reset UI, self-service account deletion. Mobile app, public API. Legal review: terms, data-protection consent and fiscal receipts must be adapted to the buyer's jurisdiction and business status. A list of known issues (Russian personal-data law, offer, fiscal receipts, Google Fonts) is handed over with the code in PeakCut-legal-and-valuation.md. The buyer is responsible for legal adaptation and launch. Transfer: code archive and IP assignment agreement. The domain is not transferred. Price: 20,000 RUB (about $245).
