BusinessPlanPilot is a complete, tested web application for small-business business plans in Canada and the U.S. A guided questionnaire feeds a deterministic, rule-based 36-month financial engine (no AI in the numbers). The software generates a lender-style business plan of about 20 sections as Word and PDF, a nine-sheet Excel financial model and a funding-opportunities report screened from a curated Canada/U.S. program catalog. Features: passwordless sign-in by emailed link, questionnaire with guidance and warnings, assumptions-confirmation step, Stripe Checkout (test mode only; never activated live), promotional codes, operator console with individual accounts and authenticator-app second factor, release gates, encrypted backup tooling.
