ControlFlow brings security checks, supporting evidence and follow-up tasks into one workspace. It is designed for businesses and consultancies that need to prepare for security reviews and keep track of what still needs attention. What makes it useful: • Evidence and tasks together. The current version focuses on AWS and GitHub, with an inventory of connected resources, scheduled checks, saved evidence and follow-up tasks. • Separate company workspaces. User roles and two-step login are built in, providing a starting point for a consultancy serving multiple clients. • A record of the work. Policy checks, activity history and reports help teams document what they have checked and support SOC 2 preparation. • Source code to build on. The sale includes the application, interface, tests and setup guides so a technical buyer can adapt the product and develop a focused offering. A security consultancy could develop a paid onboarding and monthly monitoring service around it. A software business could build a hosted subscription product, starting with the AWS/GitHub workflow. The growth section below explains these possible paths; none represents existing revenue. Current stage: the software has been built and tested locally, but has no customers or revenue. Previous cloud hosting has been shut down. The buyer needs to set up hosting and email delivery, finish live testing of the connections and complete workflow, and arrange independent security and compliance-content reviews before customer use. Extra features in the code need further work and are not part of the initial offering. ControlFlow supports compliance preparation. It is not an audit or certification and cannot guarantee that a business will pass an audit. The screenshot shows an earlier local test version called Nora, using a made-up example company—not a customer deployment.

Next step: A buyer could develop several income streams after completing the remaining testing and launch work: 1. Managed compliance preparation. A security consultancy could use ControlFlow to collect AWS/GitHub evidence, track follow-up tasks and prepare reports for its clients. A possible model is an onboarding fee followed by a monthly service fee. 2. Recurring monitoring. Offer ongoing checks and evidence updates between reviews, supported by the application's scheduled checks, task history and separate company workspaces. 3. Software subscriptions. Develop a hosted product for teams that want to manage their own security evidence. Start with the AWS/GitHub workflow before expanding the product's scope. 4. Consultancy partnerships. Package the software with a partner's existing security services. Expand supported integrations and compliance requirements in response to paying customers, with qualified review of any new compliance content. A buyer with existing clients could test this as an additional service before investing in a wider launch. These are possible business models, not existing revenue or earnings forecasts; the software does not replace an independent auditor.

Included: the app and interface source code, database setup files, automated tests, example data, hosting templates, setup guides and transferable project designs. Not included: Anrotex itself or its brand, anrotex.com or its subdomains, email/social/cloud accounts, passwords, private databases, customer data, correspondence or other projects. The buyer needs their own domain, hosting and provider accounts. Some common code is also used in Venpalo. That code will be identified in the sale agreement and we will retain the right to use it. Third-party software keeps its existing licence terms. Any handover support or further development must be agreed separately.

Reason for selling

We built the software but haven't found customers. We're looking for a buyer to take it to market and continue developing it.
