Tidy Quotebook is a working web application for independent cleaning operators. It brings client records, itemised quotes, follow-up dates and a visit diary into one workspace that adapts to phones and computers. What works • Separate workspaces with persistent SQLite storage when deployed on a persistent disk. • Add and edit clients; archive clients while preserving quote history. • Itemised quotes with server-calculated totals and tax, validity and follow-up dates. • Revocable, unlisted client links and browser print/save-as-PDF. • Owner-managed quote statuses and visit scheduling that prevents overlaps. • Calendar event download, client CSV and workspace JSON exports. • Business settings, multiple currencies and a business time zone. The app uses Node.js 24+, built-in SQLite and plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It has no paid AI API or third-party runtime npm dependency. Scope and remaining work This is a newly built software asset. The sample clients and amounts are fictional. Online payments, automated email/SMS, email verification and password recovery, tax invoicing, recurring visits and multi-crew scheduling are not included. Commercial onboarding needs operator-specific privacy/terms and persistent production hosting. No domain or personal third-party accounts are included.
