AI bid manager for tenders, RFPs, buyer intelligence and proposal preparation
Reyda is an AI bid management platform for SMEs, Mittelstand and larger teams pursuing public contracts in the UK, EU and Switzerland. Emma, its AI bid manager, discovers and qualifies tenders and RFPs, researches buyers, awards, competitors and potential partners, and tracks upcoming and expiring contracts. Teams can analyse requirements, collaborate in bid rooms, draft and edit responses in the app, create presentations and run recurring research. People review the work and make the final decisions. Reyda supports English, German and Dutch; integrates with Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion and Slack; and connects to ChatGPT and Claude through MCP.
