FPApex is a CRM software project combining sales and team operations, offered as a complete project acquisition for a technical operator or software studio. Modules: leads, customers, deals and sales pipelines; tasks and reminders; inventory and documents; staff shifts, reporting, organizations and role-based access; Telegram integrations and email workflows requiring service configuration. Clients: browser interface, Windows Electron app and Android WebView wrapper. Stack: React, TypeScript and Vite; Python 3.12, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy and Alembic, with PostgreSQL support and SQLite development configuration. Commercial status: 0 paying customers and US$0 monthly revenue, as reported by the owner. This is a software asset acquisition. Traffic, registered-user counts and hosting costs are not established. Screenshots show synthetic demo data from version 1.19.0 recorded October 6, 2026; demo deal amounts are not revenue. Current frontend package: 1.23.3. Verification on October 26, 2026: frontend production build passed; all 10 Electron tests passed; backend unittest discovery completed 158 tests with no failures and 5 skips (153 passed), in an isolated Python 3.12 environment with temporary SQLite test databases. Live PostgreSQL, independent security and load testing are not covered by that result. Proposed handover: frontend/backend sources, migrations, Windows/Android project sources, seller-owned branding/design assets and available build/deployment documentation.
