I’m selling LotLaunch, a web app built for independent used-car dealers. It has a public vehicle showroom and a dealer area for managing cars and enquiries. The code includes vehicle listings with photos and stock status, public dealer and vehicle pages, a private enquiry pipeline, CSV exports, WhatsApp click-to-chat links, and English and Dutch interface text. A live demo uses fictional sample vehicles and enquiries. The project was built with AI assistance using Lovable and Base44. Its editable source is in a private GitHub repository. It uses React, TypeScript, TanStack Start, Tailwind and a Supabase-backed Lovable Cloud backend. The sale includes the project source, database schema and migrations, application design and branding assets owned by the seller, tests, and setup/handover notes. The Lovable project and hosting arrangement will be handed over through the providers’ supported processes. Third-party packages and images remain subject to their own licences. The existing address is a Lovable-hosted subdomain; no separately registered custom domain is included. This is an early-stage project. Payments are not connected and it has no established paying customer base. The advertised €19/month is a proposed future pricing idea, not actual revenue. The current code passes 24 automated tests, TypeScript checking and a production build. A Google sign-in routing fix has been published. A complete real-account check of sign-in, inventory uploads, public enquiries and data isolation remains outstanding. Some demo images are illustrative rather than exact vehicle-model matches. Buyers should inspect the current code and app before agreeing to purchase. I don’t plan to operate the app and would like a new owner to take it forward.
