It combines an authenticated Node.js dashboard, Python API, native Rust scalper, account isolation, risk controls and durable order records. Included: application source, branding, deployment documentation, acceptance tools and sanitized technical evidence. The deployed release has 254 tracked files; additional verification tools and documentation are separately identified. Full source review and a supervised paper-demo walkthrough are available. Recorded release verification includes 1,898 Python tests, 46 web tests and a passing locked Rust suite, with the tested source identified. Separate checks passed 6 application/recovery scenarios on restored PostgreSQL with controlled broker responses, 15 storage checks, 45 isolated access checks and 37 production-preservation checks. These have different scopes and are not one combined test total. The OANDA practice demo is paused after four consecutive losses, enforcing its existing three-loss limit. The 4% drawdown limit is preserved. Latest checks found zero open positions or pending orders. Live-money trading is disabled. Profitable performance, revenue, customer numbers and future returns are not represented. cTrader/MT5 adapter and gateway source are included, but external account/gateway acceptance and real Redis fault recovery are unfinished. The buyer supplies hosting, broker accounts and private credentials and completes takeover acceptance. Third-party components retain their own license terms; ownership and sale authority for source and branding are seller-attested.
