CRUZ — Navigation MVP, Full Source, Web & Domain - Sell Project

CRUZ is a navigation MVP developed part-time by our boutique software development studio. It is available for an exclusive sale with its source code, website and cruzmap.com domain. Our studio is prioritising other projects, and we would like a new owner to continue developing and adapting CRUZ. The asking price is USD 7,900, negotiable. It is a pre-revenue MVP with no active users. The opportunity is the existing product implementation, original project assets and documented technical foundation. A developer or small product team should expect to evaluate the current version, fix remaining issues and choose its own launch and monetization direction. A team of three people has worked on CRUZ. The seller estimates recurring hosting and operating costs at approximately USD 100 per month, excluding one-off map-building costs; actual buyer costs will depend on usage and infrastructure choices. The sale includes up to 10 hours of handover assistance available within 14 days after transfer. What has been built The project combines an Expo/React Native mobile client with MapLibre, a Rust API using Axum and PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and a website/web application served through Next.js. Routing integration uses self-hosted Valhalla and versioned OpenStreetMap-derived USA road data. The source implements destination search, route preview, guidance and rerouting logic, plus mileage tracking/exports, vehicle and fleet functionality, system speech and device-orientation handling. Secondary modules and real-device behavior still need further validation. Relevant tests, synthetic fixtures and implementation/QA records are available to support a technical review. What transfers The proposed package includes five source repositories—mobile, backend, web, infrastructure and contracts—along with relevant setup/deployment tooling and handover documentation. It also includes the domain and seller-owned CRUZ branding/design assets under the final agreed asset schedule. This is a single-buyer sale of the seller-owned project, not a source-code license offered repeatedly. What to expect next The buyer will continue development. Search recall and locality metadata can be limited, especially during upstream-provider failures. Physical GPS/orientation behavior, background operation, audio and battery performance require additional testing. Current production endpoints and mobile-store status need separate verification; source code and distributed builds may differ. Offline navigation, live traffic and comprehensive nationwide closure avoidance are not represented as complete features. Backend and generated routing dataset handover are proposed as part of the package, subject to a final technical scope. Generated datasets are not all stored in Git, so dataset delivery, migration and ongoing hosting arrangements must be specified. The included handover assistance is limited to 10 hours within 14 days after transfer; any additional support requires a separate agreement. Third-party code and data keep their original licenses. Personal developer accounts, credentials and private user/trip data are outside the sale. Exact source revisions, transfer items and acceptance steps will be agreed with the buyer.
