Vela is an integrated courier-dispatch operational stack, sold as a pre-revenue technology asset—not an active fleet, profitable delivery business or customer book. Connected workflows cover booking and address entry, route-based quotes, Stripe checkout integration, courier assignment, pickup and delivery status, optional recipient PIN, proof of delivery and administrative exception recovery. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, Capacitor iOS/Android, Google Maps/Places and OSRM route distance/duration. No proprietary routing algorithm is claimed. Ideal buyer: an existing courier operator modernizing dispatch, an operations-minded founder launching a local network, or a software operator acquiring a foundation. No current external users or contracted volume is established. Ten drivers are on standby only, not active users or a guaranteed transferable fleet.
